Metthier Co., Ltd., an expert in AI and Smart Facility Management, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) to drive the AI Integrated University project. This initiative aims to enhance safety processes, facility management, infrastructure, energy management, and environmental practices at the university, transforming it into a truly "AI-Empowered University." The signing ceremony took place in the university council meeting room on the 15th floor of Building 24, UTCC, with Mr. Kayan Tantichatiwat (second from the right), CEO of Metthier Co., Ltd., and Assistant Professor Lakkhana Saothayanan (second from the left), Acting Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research, representing the university. This collaboration marks a significant step for the Thai higher education system in addressing future challenges through the application of technology for true sustainability.

Under this collaboration, both organizations will integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technology, energy management platforms, intelligent security systems, and Waste Management Solutions from METTHIER Solutions to develop UTCC into a model university for ESG and Carbon-Neutrality. This initiative supports long-term goals towards becoming a Net Zero and Sustainable University. The project also promotes opportunities for students and university staff to learn and practice real technology in a real environment through the UTCC Intelligent Operations Center, which integrates the work of security personnel, cleaning staff, and maintenance technicians within a fully AI-driven system.
